Tagged by , and I'm always happy to do something for a friend Let's go!
Rules:
1) You must post these rules
2) Answer all the questions the tagger set for you, and create new questions for people you tag to answer.
3) You have to choose 10 people to tag and post their icons on your journal.
4) Go to their pages and tell them you have tagged them her/him on your journal.
Questions I was asked:
1) Where do you see yourself in a year?
In a new home. (Where, I have no idea.) At lease one new print comic completed and being sold. Hopefully, my husband and I will also have a puppy.
2) Which character from a book/movie/comic/etc. would you like to have as a roommate?
Harry Dredson, Chicago wizard. His protective wards are awesome home security, his apartment is always magically clean, and he has tons of books.
3) What would you fight about with/what would bug you the most about the character from question 2?
Never being able to have a hot shower or use my laptop at the apartment. Modern electronics don't do well around wizards. On the upside, no paying electric or gas bills!
4) Your thoughts on nail polish?
A good way to accent nail wraps, if done right. But I still apply nail polish with the same skill and dexterity as when I was eight years old.
5) We're doing karaoke right now! What's your go-to song?
Denn er kaempft immer gegen das Unrecht in der Welt!
Denn er kaempft immer gegen das Unrecht in der Welt!
Gegen das Unrecht in der Welt!
One of the few things I remember from German class. Also one of the best.
6) How long was your last nap?
Four hours. I hate naps.
7) What is your mantra?
Whatever it needs to be at the time, recited in sets of 3, 6, or 9 times.
8) Imagine you're given a month and a bunch of money to work on a giant project. Where would you go in order to be the most inspired/productive?
I'd buy a small, leak-proof house with a fantastic Google Fiber connection. Preferably somewhere with lots of trees and mild winters-not too far from a big city.
9) What would the giant project from question 8 be?
Self-publishing comics full-time, and growing a profitable studio from it.
10) How do you let people know you love them?
Hugs, kisses, and sharing food.
Questions to ask:
1) What's one of the first things you think of when you wake up?
2) What's one of the last thing you think of when falling asleep?
3) You won an all-expenses paid vacation to anywhere. Where will you go?
4) Which series do you watch marathons of over Netflix/Redbox/Other viewer?
5) It's been a rough day-how do you unwind at the end of it?
6) Describe a life goal/ambition you've achieved.
7) Name something you like about yourself.
8) What food is associated with one of your favorite memories?
9) You get to say one sentence everyone in the country will hear. What is it?
10) What would you do if you knew you'd be successful?

First off, thank you guys so much, you are awesome as always!
I'm still getting supportive, encouraging messages from the last update about life outside of FE. Thanks for sharing your struggle and success stories, how much FE means to you, and your kind words. Been spending the past month seriously looking into what it would take to for art to be a full-time job in my life. Again, I'm hesitant to share about my personal life, (especially finances,) but I'm not the only one who wants to make a living doing what they love - and I hope sharing my experience will help others working towards the same goal.

The first thing Husband and I did,
The Good, The Bad, and the New Year
Been about six months since the Fan Comic Event, I should probably update this journal.
It's a long post, but I've had a lot to think about lately. I'll summarize in the comments at the bottom if you'd prefer not to navigate it all.
2015 was amazing. Just briefly looking over some of the highlights, so many things I wanted to do for so long happened within the last twelve months:
Got to see my family again after two years of moving around the country. Published a collection of FE Comics Published an FE Graphic NovelAttended a Furry convention as a Dealer for the first timeGot FE books to be carried by a few retailers, including Rabbit Vall
