Thought it'd be a great chance to flesh out a story that's been rolling around in my head. Wanted to submit Jane's profile as well, but I'm not sure I'll finish it in time.
The celebrated newest member of the Avenging League of Justice, a fraternity which offers its members an exclusive privilege: to be a legally certified superhero. Clad in blue and always jumping in to assist local authorities, her brand value at the ALJ grows with each news story. Currently she’s the ALJ’s top spokeshero, promoting her own lines of makeup, clothes, and rumors of a music CD. Fans have taken to calling her ‘Miss Noble.’ Those included in her non-disclosure agreement also know her birth name is Alyssa.
For Alyssa, being a member of the ALJ is a dream come true. Since childhood, she has been studying, practicing, and recording as many service hours as possible to become a heroine herself one day, and it’s finally paying off. Alyssa truly believes the ALJ is a powerful force making the world better, and she’s overjoyed to be a part of it. Arguements against the ALJ are, in her opinion, petty and oversimplified.
The dark spot in Alyssa’s bright career is Jane, daughter of the legendary Gallantman. Alyssa blew away the competition in tryouts-but rumor around the league says if Jane had competed in tryouts, she would’ve beaten Alyssa. The idea that Jane threw away what Alyssa’s worked for her whole life, and the fact that Alyssa will never have the chance to prove she can beat Jane, infuriates her. The only people Alyssa hates more than Jane is vigilantes-people who, in her opinion, are trying to gain superstar status without putting in any of the hard work.

Oh dear, she looks awesome and so full of possitive energy!! I already like her! 
Her proportions look good to me, so there's not much of a critique I can offer you here. The only thing I'd point out is her mouth in the headshot. It looks a bit awkward that, even if it's so wide open, no teeth can be seen.
